We keep these natural, with meat on the bone, "French" if you choose.
Our sheep are raised on the land, in pastures, as intended. We select only the best breeding stock with characteristics that make them desirable for our "old world" operation here in East Texas. With all the fresh air and abundant grasses, there's no room for unneeded antibiotics nor hormones.
