Flap steak is a thin steak cut from the bottom sirloin butt. It is sometimes referred to as sirloin tips, most often used in kebabs. Marinade overnight in teriyaki then skewer with onion, pineapple, peppers and mushrooms. For a lighter dish, grill and chill then add it to a Southwestern salad.
