Buying À La Carte
Purchasing individual cuts is a perfect option for those with limited freezer space. Individual cuts are simply added to your on-line shopping cart and you can pay on-line using any of the supported payment methods or choose the cash option. We accept both cash and check. Upon ordering, you will select either pickup, free of charge, or delivery. See below for delivery options and fees.
Buying on the Whole or Half
We offer both whole and half options on our meat products at a discounted rate compared to purchasing individual selections. The half purchase discount is about 10%, and the whole purchase discount is about 15%. Each requires a deposit paid in advance, with the remainder due upon transfer. We will provide you with a cut sheet allowing you to customize your order, and will be in contact with you during this process. Your final amount due is based upon the number of pounds you actually receive, finished weight not on hanging weight, plus any additional customization.
Orders can either be picked up at the farm at no charge, or we can deliver for a flat rate mileage based fee of $1.25 per mile from the farm. We will Google the mileage to the delivery location, and will use the mileage provided. You must be present at the prearranged time of delivery, or the order will be returned and can be picked up for free at the farm or redelivered for another fee. We realize that there is a point in which shipping via FedEx may be cheaper for some customers. If this is the case we can discuss these options on a case by case basis. It is not our intent to make profit from delivery, and have attempted to base our rate to cover related expenses only. Therefore, if there are multiple orders within a specific vicinity and customers are flexible, we will work with customers who may wish to split delivery charges. We do frequent nearby communities such as the Shreveport/Bossier area, Longview, etc. For those who can be flexible, we can at times deliver to nearby communities free of charge or at a much reduced rate.
We believe satisfied loyal customers who refer family and friends is the most effective advertising we can get. So we offer a discount to our customers who refer others resulting in a sale as a way to say thank you. The referring customer will receive a discount on future orders in the amount of 5% of the referred party's total sales. For example, John refers Jane who spends $100.00. John will receive a $5.00 credit towards his next order. If Jane then orders another $100.00, John will receive another credit of $5.00. The discount credit is only good towards future orders, and can not be redeemed for cash.
In support of our military and veterans, we offer a 5% discount. Please contact us if you qualify.
Returns & Refunds
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on meat products after transfer of ownership has occurred. Customers may inspect the product upon transfer at which time issues or concerns will be addressed. However, please contact us if there are any problems, questions, or concerns that we can address.
