Our cattle have room to graze and are fed a strict grass based diet from weaning through finishing, all natural. Aberdeen Angus! While we raise all types of cows for many different reasons, starting in 2022 all of our beef will be Aberdeen Angus! Why? Science. They are simply superior when it comes to grass fed beef. As a smaller bodied, earlier maturing, mellow steer they have a better meat to bone ratio and achieve noticeably better marbling than full-sized steers.
