Our beef sirloin steaks are cut 1" thick, and contain one steak per package. We proudly call this the working mans steak, enjoy it often. We do! 100% grass fed beef steaks have authentic flavor in the flesh and fats for taste. We enjoy ours with roasted veggies and a loaded baked potato.
