The T-Bone is considered one of the highest quality steaks, containing meat from both the short loin and coveted tenderloin. We cut ours to 1" thick and packaged 2 per pack. These impressive steaks, on appearance alone, are glorious in their own right. But, we must insist that the means must justify the end. Therefore, our cattle are strictly raised with plenty of space... no feedlots!
