Our beef top sirloin steaks, cap removed, are cut 1" thick, and contain one steak per package. We proudly call this the working mans steak, enjoy it often. We do! 100% grass fed beef steaks have authentic flavor in the flesh and don't rely on unhealthy amounts of saturated fats for taste. We enjoy ours with roasted veggies and a loaded baked potato.
