Rural Reverie Beef and Selections

Our beef is pasture raised and finished.  For unfamiliar customers, this traditional method takes longer and usually results in a leaner cut of meat.  However, we believe the end result is a more wholesome product.

All of our beef is processed in a USDA certified facility, and aged for approximately 14 days. 

Our beef is available for purchase through the on-line store.  Orders may be placed for individual cuts, or by the half or whole.  Customers should be aware that half and whole orders require a sizable amount of freezer space, and that the amount of meat received will vary some as no two animals are the same.  An advance deposit is required for half and whole orders with the remainder due upon transfer, but is a great option for customers looking for a lower purchase price and wanting specific cuts.  Download our Beef Cut Sheet.
