Rural Reverie Chevon and Selections

For the customer interested in a meat that is high in protein but considerably lower in fat and calories per ounce, chevon may be the answer.  Consumed around the world, it can be prepared in a multitude of ways to satisfy almost any palate. 

Our chevon is available for purchase through the on-line store.  Orders may be placed for individual cuts, or by the half or whole.  An advance deposit is required for half and whole orders, but is a great option for customers looking for a lower purchase price and wanting specific cuts.

All of our chevon is processed in a USDA certified facility.  If you do not see what you are looking for, please let us know as we may be able to work with our processor to provide it in the future, or contact us regarding whole/half purchases.
