Rural Reverie Lamb and Selections

Our lamb is raised on fresh pastures with access to a wide variety of grass and forbs.  This typically yields a leaner cut of meat with a more robust flavor compared to domestic all-grain fed.  But whether you like it grilled, braised, or roasted, don't take our word for it, see for yourself!

Our lamb is available for purchase through the on-line store.  Orders may be placed for individual cuts, or by the half or whole.  An advance deposit is required for half and whole orders, but is a great option for customers looking for a lower purchase price and wanting specific cuts.

All of our lamb is processed in a USDA certified facility.  If you do not see what you are looking for, please let us know as we may be able to work with our processor to provide it in the future, or contact us regarding whole/half purchases.
