Pastured pork is known for producing a leaner cut of meat. We balance this as our pork is both raised on pasture and supplemented with grain we specially blend. Some will claim that having access to fresh roots, grass, nuts and berries, imparts a unique flavor which is more rich and savory. We just believe it is more wholesome. But whatever your reasons or motives, try our pork and you be the judge!
Our pork is available for purchase through the on-line store. Orders may be placed for individual cuts, or by the half or whole. Customers should be aware that half and whole orders require a sizable amount of freezer space, and that the amount of meat received will vary some as no two animals are the same. An advance deposit is required for half and whole orders, but is a great option for customers looking for a lower purchase price and wanting specific cuts.
Below are the most popular cuts of meat we keep in stock. All of our pork is processed in a USDA certified facility. If you do not see what you are looking for, please let us know as we may be able to work with our processor to provide it in the future, or contact us regarding whole/half purchases.
