Our beef Denver steaks are cut 1" thick, and contain one to two steaks per package. A product of the beef chuck primal cut, it is a relatively tender and marbled steak. We proudly call this a working mans steak, enjoy it often. We do! We enjoy ours with roasted veggies and a loaded baked potato... maybe even topped with a little sautéed mushrooms and onions as well!
