There are costs and benefits to both grain and grass fed beef... eaters preference. We simply take great satisfaction in raising cattle in what we (and science) believe to be a more healthy manner. No close confinement "habitats" means that we forgo the need for antibiotics! We don't mind taking longer, not worth the hormones... you know important stuff like that!
