Ummmm... Yum! I'm lost for words on this one. It's the starting point for pulled pork! Some folks call it pork butt but it doesn't come from the butt? All we know is you smoke it low and slow. Don't even know why "roast" is part of the name. We suppose you could roast it but the tenderloin would be the way to go there. Maybe it's for the KC folks who think they can BBQ? Adds coleslaw to a pork sandwich! Why? They don't last long, if it's here... buy, buy, buy!
On another note... look up the word "Ractopamine", just another reason to support your local family farms!
