I'm certain there are numerous ways to prepare a tenderized cutlet. But, my mind only allows one... my go to dish of all time! Country Fried Steak! Oh my goodness, throw on the peppered gravy and mashed potatoes. Heaven! If you're going to fry, fry right. Fat from our pastured pork produces a lard high in Omega's but more importantly a clean taste. You'll experience crispy in a whole new way!
